The Apartment

The apartment is part of a new development built on the site of the 19th Century Jungans clock and watch movement factory. Five modern architects were selected to design the site and the flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift and a lovely view South across the lagoon. There is gas central heating and air conditioning if needed.

There is a TV and DVD player, a collection of CDs and plenty of books (mostly on Venice).

A light and sunny apartment, it has floor to ceiling windows. A small hall leads into a sitting room with an open plan kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and gas stove.

There is a small balcony to one side with table and chairs.

The double bedroom can be made up as a double or with twin beds and the large marble-tiled bathroom has a big shower (no bath), washbasin, w.c., bidet and washing machine. There is a second balcony for drying clothes.
