The Loggia

The Loggia is fully equipped, very comfortable and is suitable for 2.

In the bedroom three large arched windows look over olive groves and vineyards to distant views of wheatfields and Volterra. There is an interior curved staircase leading down to the kitchen/dining room and bathroom. The bathroom has a full bath with shower fitting, washbasin and w.c. and plenty of hot water.

The roofed pergola outside makes an extra room in summer. There is also a garden, outside table/chairs and parking area. Another staircase on the outside leads up to the bedroom. Although it is close to the farmhouse there is plenty of privacy.

There is a large double bedroom with double or twin beds and a CD player.

The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with electric oven, small dishwasher, gas hobs, fridge and plenty of books.
